“I had a wonderful week with Annie at Guinevere Guest Farm. It is a fantastic place and waking up every morning with the calming view of these great mountains was amazing. The morning walks were the perfect invigorating start into the day, which was then filled with relaxing yoga and meditation, strengthening pilates, chilling at the pool in the afternoon, and gathering at the fireplace chatting and watching interesting documentaries in the evenings. The juices, broths, and delicious treats were really yummy and gave you enough energy for all the activities while still allowing to properly detox. Annie was the perfect host, so knowledgeable and always so kind and supportive. I hope I will have the chance to repeat this experience with her one day again and I highly recommend everyone to try it! It is amazing what a week of Juice Fasting can do to you. Not only losing some weight and getting the chance to reset and letting go of bad habits and giving healthy living a fresh start, as well allowing yourself to completely relax and just rest did wonder to me.
