Pink Juice Recipe

Ingredients:
• 2–3 cups fresh watermelon (seeds removed if possible)
• Optional: a squeeze of fresh lime or a few mint leaves for extra freshness

Serves: 2

Method 1: Using a Juicer

Chop watermelon into manageable pieces. Feed through your cold-press or centrifugal juicer. Stir and serve chilled.

Method 2: Using a Blender and Nut Milk Bag

Add chopped watermelon to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour through a nut milk bag over a large bowl, squeeze out the juice, and discard the pulp. Serve fresh and cool.
