Yellow Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups fresh pineapple (peeled and chopped)

  • 1 green apple (cored)

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup of purified or spring water

Serves 2

Method 1: Using a Juicer

  1. Wash and prepare all ingredients: peel the oranges and lemon, scrub the carrots, core the apple, and peel the turmeric root if using fresh.

  2. Feed the oranges, carrots, green apple, lemon, and turmeric through your cold-press or centrifugal juicer.

  3. Collect the juice in a clean container, add 1/4 cup purified or spring water, stir well, and serve immediately for maximum freshness and nutrients.

Method 2: Using a Blender and Nut Milk Bag

  1. Prepare the ingredients as above (peel, scrub, core).

  2. Chop all ingredients into smaller pieces and add them to a high-speed blender. Add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of filtered water to help blend smoothly.

  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.

  4. Place a nut milk bag over a large bowl or jug. Pour the blended mixture into the bag.

  5. Squeeze the bag firmly to extract all the juice, leaving the pulp behind.

  6. Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy fresh!
